Damian Pascuzzo began his career working with famed designer Robert Muir Graves. In 1991 he became the principal designer and partnered with Graves to form Graves & Pascuzzo based in El Dorado Hills, California.

Pascuzzo has worked on a broad range of projects from residential and resort developments, to master planning and remodeling existing courses, throughout North America and Asia.

In 2001 he was elected President of the American Society of Golf Course Architects.
