Carter Morrish
Carter is the son of former American Society of Golf Course Architects president, Jay Morrish.
Carter's first entry into the golf business was with Wadsworth Golf Course Construction from 1986 to 1989. In 1989 he joined the firm Jay Morrish & Associates, Ltd.. Carter worked with his father in all aspects of the business including design, construction management and the drawing of detailed construction documents. Following Jay's retirement in 2002, Carter hung his own shingle "Morrish and Associates" and continued to expand on the design philosophies and principles learned from his father.
In 2006, Carter joined forces with Rafael Alarcon and formed Alacron/Morrish golf design. Together they continue the tradition of excellence as taught by their mentor Jay Morrish.
