Sewells Point Golf Course

Sewell's Point Golf Course is a Military 18 hole golf course located in Norfolk, Virginia.

As of February 27, 2018, the Department of Defense granted a waiver to give the general public access to Sewells Point Golf Course. Although the golf course is on federal property, it’s outside the fence-line of Naval Station Norfolk

The course was designed by Donald Ross. The course has been open since 1927.

Par for the course is 71. From the back tees, the course plays to 6280 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5748 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 6, a par-5 that plays to 552 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 16, a par-3 that plays to 136 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 5, a 392 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 16, a 136 yard par-3.
