Forest Creek Golf Club is a Public 18 hole golf course located in Round Rock, Texas, less than 30 minutes from downtown Austin.
Forest Creek Golf Club first opened for play in 1992. The course was designed by Dick Phelps.
Forest Creek Golf Club is set through a newer upscale residential community. It's very walker-friendly. Forest Creek Golf Club features four sets of tees to accomodate all skill levels. There are a lot of dogleg rights here, so slicers and faders will have a shot to cut some corners. The par-4 18th, however, is one hole that requires some precision, as even from the right side of the fairway you don't have much of a shot to the elevated green guarded by trees on the right side.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 7,147 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 5,394 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 3, a par-5 that plays to 552 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 17, a par-3 that plays to 160 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 2, a 426 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Forest Creek Golf Club is # 17, the 160 yard par-3.
