Dixie Oaks Golf Club first opened for play in 1994. The course was designed by Dick Gross. This scenic course was cut out of a forest and is surrounded by both young and mature trees. Wildlife, such as turkey, deer, hawks, and birds, can be spotted while playing the course. The fairways are rolling and some are dogleg configurations. All of the greens have some undulation. Water hazards and bunkers can also come into play during a round.
