Nemacolin Woodlands Resort is a Resort, 36 hole golf facility located in Farmington, Pennsylvania. The facility has two 18-hole golf courses. They are Mystic Rock Course and Shepherd's Rock Golf Course.
Shepards's Rock is the newest of the two courses having opened in 2017. The course was designed by Pete Dye and Tim Liddy.
The front nine has wide fairways and vistas of the surrounding Laurel Highlands.
The back nine has a greater emphasis on shot-making, with players having to negotiate a series of characteristic Dye mounds, wetland areas, and clever green locations.
The 7,151-yard Shepherd's Rock golf course offers great golf in a spectacular setting. The course has a USGA rating and slope of 74.7/138 from the championship tees.
