Ontario, Oregon, Jessica Else The Argus Observer, Jan 2015 — The sun has set on Ontario’s ownership of the municipal golf course, and all that is left now is minimal maintenance of the grounds.
“We didn’t receive any more proposals for the golf course,” said Tori Barnett, interim city manager, and city recorder. “At this point, effective on [Dec.] 31, we are no longer in the golf business.”
