L. C. Boles Memorial Golf Course, is a Public, 9 hole golf course located in Wooster, Ohio. The course is located on the campus of located on the east end of The College of Wooster campus adjacent to The Wooster Inn. The course is open students and faculty and also the public.
The course first opened for play in 1939.
L. C. Boles Memorial Golf Course was named in honor of Wooster college's Coach L. C. Boles. The course sits on rolling terrain. The greens are a bit on the small side and are a bit difficult to read.
Par for the course is 36. From the back tees the course plays to 3,226 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 2,588 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 4, a par-5 that plays to 505 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 5, a par-3 that plays to 181 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 3, a 445 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 1, a 311 yard par-4.
The facility also has a driving range, practice putting green and a sand and chipping area.
