Medina Country Club, The Red Course and The Green Course opened for play in 1962. The Blue Course opened for play in 1967. The courses were designed by Bowers, Fink, & Keiser.
These Medina Country Club courses have difficult, long par 3's. Water hazards come into play on thirteen of the twenty-seven holes. Well-positioned sand bunkers are incorporated into the design. Locals consider the Red Course as the easiest of the three.

The Red Course plays to a 9-hole par-36 and maximum 9-hole distance of 3,205 yards.
