Twin Lakes Golf Course first opened for play in 1959. The course was designed by Jack Kidwell.
Twin Lakes Golf Course measures 6343 yards from the longest tees. The course features 3 sets of tee boxes for a fun, but challenging golfing experience. The well maintained greens and fairways are bent grass. Twin Lakes Golf Course has two dogleg fairways, and two lakes which come into play on three holes. The front nine was built on semi-rolling terrain and has narrow fairways. The back nine is longer. The greens are fast. The men’s par is 71, while the ladies' par is 75.
#8 is the number one handicap hole. You do not want to overshoot it. It is a tough shot back up the hill to the green!
Twin Lakes is predomiinately a flat parkland layout with, tree lined fairways, some very tight, a true shot maker's type of course. It's easily walkable, with the greens and tees close together, straightforward layout, back and forth holes, what you see if what you get.
