Grovebrook Golf Club is being repurposed as a medical complex that will include an emergency room for the Mount Carmel Health System. Grove City Administrator Chuck Boso is quoted as saying, "It's not hard to say that the revenue [from the medical complex], just in the first phase, will be fifty- to a hundredfold of what it had been when the land was used for a golf course. To have 110 acres that front a major new interchange—look around the county and tell me where there’s another opportunity like that."
