Quail Run's is an enjoyable course suited for all skill levels. Advanced players will appreciate the precision required on the course's tight layout. Beginner and intermediate players will like the par 3's and generally non-crowded course conditions. Well-bunkered, tree-lined, undulating fairways cut through the native pinyon trees at the base of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Everyone delights in the spectacular scenery, breathtaking views of Northern New Mexico and the outstanding course design. The signature hole is #7, a 522-yard, par 5, which has an out-of-bounds area on the left and a hazard down the entire right-hand side. The greens are plush, but due to the many hidden breaks, can be difficult to read.

This course is visitor-friendly and offers open play during the week. Weekend play, however, is restricted for member use only.
