Knickerbocker Country Club first opened for play in 1914. An originally designed course by Donald Ross, one of the best-respected golf course architects in the history of the game, the course was lovingly restored in 2007-08 to a plan laid out by Ron Forse, a modern traditionalist who works in complete harmony with what exists to ensure relevance to today's golfer.
This tree-lined course features fast greens. The terrain is undulating, so expect uneven lies. Overall, numerous sand bunkers have been incorporated into the course design, and water hazards (including some ditches) come into play on several holes.
The Knickerbocker Country Club golf course plays to a par-72 and a maximum distance of 6,628 yards. The course rating is 72.1 and the slope rating is 128.
