Green Knoll Golf Course, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
Designed by William F. Gordon, Green Knoll Golf Course opened in 1960.
The course has tree-lined fairways and small greens. Water hazards come into play on seven holes. The somewhat sloped greens are medium-sized. Hole #17, a 387-yard, par 4, is quite a challenge with three creeks to circumvent. Par is a very good score on this hole. Hole #6, a 356-yard, par 4, can also cause problems with an elevated green and an approach shot that, even with a short iron, is never easy. A stream and trees are located on both sides of the green.
Green Knoll Golf Course is a regulation, 18 hole, 6,443 yard course a challenge to the experienced golfer, as well as the novice player. Green Knoll is known for its tight fairways and rolling contours. The facility also operates a 9 hole par three Pitch and Putt Course. A golf shop and snack bar are available. Green Knoll is located on 587 Garretson Road, Bridgewater Township.
