Wynn Golf Club is an 18-hole Resort golf course located in Las Vegas Nevada. The course is open to resort guests and the public, with preferential reservations for resort guests.
Wynn Golf Club was designed by Tom Fazio and Steve Wynn. The course first opened for play in 2005.
The course is located on the Wynn Hotel property on the strip. With terrain once thought impossible on the Strip, this 7,042 yard, par 70 course offers 18 holes of challenging beauty. If you can't bring your own equipment, complimentary clubs by Callaway and shoes by Foot Joy are provided.
The course is an example of, if you are prepared to spend whatever it takes, you can create the landscape you want wherever you want. The course was built with the rolling hills of South Carolina or Georgia in mind.
They achieved their objective and then some.
After a dozen years of offering a pampered golf experience at a high rollers price, the course closed on December 18th, 2017. The closing had been planned for some time. In its place will reportedly be higher profit attractions to include hotel additions, convention spaces, and a “Paradise Park,” including white sand beaches, zip lines, boat rides and more.
