Coyote Crossing Golf Course is a Public 18 hole golf course located in West Lafayette, Indiana.
Construction of Coyote Crossing Golf Course began in early 1998, and the course was opened to the public on June 7, 2000. The course was designed by Hale Irwin.
The course was designed to incorporate all the natural terrain of this Northwest Indiana site. The scenic beauty of the area becomes an integral part of the Hale Irwin Design course. Irwin describes the terrain as "near perfect, with views of open meadows to mature wooded areas". With five sets of tees on every hole, the course will offer a challenge for players of all caliber.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 6839 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 4881 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 2, a par-5 that plays to 552 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 17, a par-3 that plays to 168 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 6, a 464 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Coyote Crossing Golf Course is # 11, a 322 yard par-4.
