Old Oakland Golf Club

Old Oakland Golf Club is a Private, 27 hole golf facility located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The facility has three 9-hole golf courses. These courses can be combined in pairs to form three different 18 hole course challenges. The nine-hole courses are The East Course, The West Course, and The South Course.

Old Oakland Golf Course first opened in 1964. The course was designed by Charles and William Maddox.

The East Course has a difficult starting hole. The 427-yard, par 4, requires a tee shot over the edge of a water hazard and onto a dogleg right fairway.  

The South Course is highlighted by hole #9, a 542-yard, par 5, which has a dual, dogleg fairway and the hole typically requires three strokes to reach the green.  

The most challenging hole on the West Course is #6, a 416-yard, par 4, with water that must be cleared on the first and second shots.  

Water comes into play several times on each course and all the greens are well-bunkered.
