Oak Knoll Golf Course is a public 18-hole golf course located in Columbus, Indiana.
Oak Knoll Golf Course opened for play in 2007. The course was designed by Dr. Otto Wickstrom. Oak Knoll was the inspiration of Dr. Otto Wickstrom and his wife, Erma. The course is carved out of 290 acres which consisted of woods, hills, streams, and open fields. Named after the Oak trees that have been preserved along with the natural landscape
Oak Knoll is set within scenic fairways complemented by bunkers, water hazards, and running streams. The entire course is in the middle of rolling hills and mature trees with elevated tees.
The course measures 7,054 yards from the tips and plays to a par of 73.
The course closed in 2012.
The course has been turned back to farming.. Hops are grown on some the land and there are plans to add a brewery.
