Pottawatomie Golf Club, is a Public, 9 hole golf course located in Saint Charles, Illinois.
Pottawatomie Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. in 1939, is a course which provides enjoyment for all golfing abilities. This regulation 9-hole golf course, owned and operated by the St. Charles Park District, is located next to the Fox River, just off north Second Avenue, north of Pottawatomie Park and swimming pools.
The Pro Shop (located in the north end of the pool building) offers quality merchandise at reasonable prices, concessions, rentals of clubs, pull carts, riding cars, professional golf instruction, club repair service, and various golf tournaments to meet every age level and ability.
On October 3, 1997, Pottawatomie Golf Course was certified by the Audubon International. It is the first 9-hole golf course internationally to receive this certification and the 11th in Illinois. Every precaution has been taken to protect the environment and wildlife.
