Blackstone Golf Club

Blackstone Golf Club is a Semi=Private 18-hole golf course located in Marengo, Illinois. Blackstone Golf Club is accessible to everyone in the Chicagoland area, located just 3 minutes North of I-90 on Route 20.

The Blackstone Golf Course opened for play in 2006. The course was designed by Bob Lohmann.

Set on 250 acres of spectacular rolling hills, environmentally protected wetlands, and forests of century-old Oak and Hickory, Blackstone Golf Club is a full-service facility. Featuring over 26 acres of environmentally protected wetlands, the lush bentgrass fairways and greens of Blackstone Golf Club meander through some of the most distinctive natural landscape of any course in the Chicagoland area. And although it can stretch out to a total of 6,734 yards, Blackstone features 4 sets of tees to suit golfers of all skill levels and plays to a very manageable 4,932 yards at its shortest.

The seasoned golfer will find challenge in avoiding the 54 sand bunkers that designer Bob Lohmann calls “strategically placed†and “pretty bold with… irregular edges,†while the more novice golfer will enjoy the spectacular visual setting with generous fairways.

With 9 holes stretching through dense forests of Oak and Hickory and unique, enthralling wetlands coming into play on 13 holes, the views are as beautiful as the course is demanding!
