May 14, 2015 – UPDATE
Tamarack Municipal Association, Inc., the master owner’s association at Tamarack Resort, operated the Osprey Meadows Golf Course for the last three seasons under a lease with current owner West Mountain Golf LLC%u200B (WMG)%u200B.
From 2009 through 2011, Raven Golf Management operated it on a similar arrangement. On April 2, 2015, the arrangement for TMA to lease the course terminated, and TMA provided WMG’s mortgage lender with a chance to operate the course. The mortgage lender, Jeanne Bryant, has indicated she will not take any steps to operate or open the course this summer. She has sued TMA for rent from June 1 2014, which TMA is defending vigorously.
We remain optimistic that the involved parties will again seek someone to operate the golf course in the future, but, at this time, we want to let you know that there are no operating plans for this summer. We will keep you updated on golf course operations as they become available.
