Bluewater Bay Resort

Bluewater Bay Resort, is a Resort, 36 hole golf facility located in Niceville, Florida. The facility has four 9-hole courses. They are The Bay Nine, The Marsh Nine, The Lake Nine and The Magnolia Nine.

These four nine-hole courses designed by golf architects Tom Fazio and Jerry Pate. The courses opened for play in 1981.

These courses vary in design as their names will indicate.  

The Lakes Course has numerous lakes.

The Marsh Course runs throughout the marshes.

The Bay Course plays alongside a bay and has wetlands throughout.

The Magnolia Course has an abundance of magnolia trees that come into play.  

All the fairways throughout the four nine-hole courses are bordered by thick rough and tree-lines.  Each course has numerous sand bunkers that come into play. The terrain is predominately flat.  The greens throughout the thirty-six holes are somewhat sloped with subtle breaks that are hard to distinguish.
