The courses first opened for play in 1979. They were designed by Bruce Devlin and Robert von Hagge.
The North Course has the least amount of water of the three designs. Hunters Run Golf Club, North Course play to 6,764 yards from the back tees and a par-71. The course rating is 73.3 with a slope rating of 140.
The East Course has water hazards on every hole, but is also the shortest course. The East Course's greens are slightly sloped and medium speed. Hunters Run Golf Club, East Course play to 6,552 yards from the back tees and a par-71. The course rating is 72.4 with a slope rating of 137.
The South Course is a combination of both the North and East Courses. Hunters Run Golf Club, South Course play to 7,008 yards from the back tees and a par-72. The course rating is 74.2 with a slope rating of 143.
