Tiara Rado Golf Course first opened for play in 1972. The course was designed by Tom Kolacny. In 1986, Dick Phelps designed the back nine, and he redesigned the original holes at the same time.
Tiara Rado Golf Course is located next to the Colorado National Monument with views of one of the most scenic sights in the area. Water hazards (four lakes and crossing ditches) come into play on six holes.
