There are two 18 hole course at the Blue Rock Springs golf facility. They are The West Course and The East Course
The newer of the two courses at Blue Rock Springs is the East Course. It first opened for play in 1994. The East Course was designed by Robert Muir Graves.
Characteristic to both courses are sloping tree-lined fairways. Both courses were built on hilly terrain. The East Course has fewer trees than West Course.The trees on the West Course are also more mature resulting in the West Course being more of a target golf layout. However, locals consider the East Course to be the more difficult of the two courses.
Par for the course is 70. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,133 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 4,869 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 14, a par-5 that plays to 551 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 8, a par-3 that plays to 141 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 5, a 488 yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 10, a 346 yard par-4.
