Musgrove Country Club is a Private , 18 hole golf course located in Jasper , Alabama.
Musgrove Country Club first opened for play in 1932. The course was originally a 9-hole layout on the grounds of Col. L.B. Musgrove, a wealthy bachelor, as a place to entertain his business associates and friends from Wall Street and over the nation. In 1960, nine holes were added to the original 9 holes built by Col. Musgrove. The course was redesigned in 1993 by Jerry Pate.
Musgrove Country Club has an eighteen hole championship golf course. This scenic course was built on hilly terrain, so you can expect many uneven lies in the fairways. The Black Water Creek, highlighted by swinging-wooden bridges, comes into play on a few holes. The large greens are fast, and the fairways afford generous landing areas.
